Craftsmen park administration consists of the Board of Trustees, Board of Administrators, and Park Manager.

The Board of Trustees is composed of one appointed member from each participating Masonic body of the Twenty First, Twentieth and twenty fifth Masonic Districts, its affiliates or Fraternal organizations basing their membership on Masonry as recognized by the Grand Lodge of Ohio. The Board of Trustees then elects officers, President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

The Board of Administrators is made up of 5 members, each elected by the Board of Trustees to three year terms. The Administrators are responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Park to include enforcing all policies of thepark as approved by the Board of Trustees.

The Park Manager is appointed by the board of administrators and approved by the Board of Trustees. The Park Manager is responsible for operating the park to include overseeing maintenance of the park, make and enforcing the rules of the park, collecting all fees due the park and any other duties assigned by the Board of Trustees.  Some fees are collected by the Boat Club or Campers Club and turned over to the Park Manager.
